Our Club
Northern Golf Club is an 18 hole championship standard course measuring 6059 metres and is a challenging but fair test of golf. With water hazards, couch fairways that are rated amongst the best in Melbourne, clever bunker placement, and bent grass greens, it is a challenge for players of all standards. Many considerer Nothern to be the premier golf venue in Melbourne’s North-West . Northern Golf Club is a superbly conditioned course set among the beautiful river red gums on over 140 acres of land in the heart of Glenroy, just 20 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD. A club with strong historical links that date back 100 years enjoys a thriving local membership, strong connections with the surrounding community and a corporate network that prides itself on support, promotion and effective business networking. The Championship course is an exceptional test for all levels of golfers. The Facilities
Northern Golf Club features a beautiful newly re-developed clubhouse that is ideal for functions and events. With the main dining room and bar overlooking the course this is the perfect location for lunch, dinner and presentations. Our clubhouse can facilitate up to 230 guests for dinner or lunch and 450 for a cocktail reception. In addition to the clubhouse, we also have a world-class practice facility which includes a driving range and chipping/putting greens that give our members and guests the opportunity to loosen up and sharpen their skills before hitting the golf course.
